Grant is a firm believer that great things happen when great people are brought together. He is grateful to work at a firm such as Oxeon where he can serve that belief and have the opportunity to make people healthier at the same time. Grant is committed to the future of value-based care and interested in the market opportunities that this shift in payment models could present. He is convinced that much-needed improvements in the healthcare industry will be realized most quickly through innovations in the technology and services spaces.
Since joining Oxeon, Grant has had the opportunity to work with a number of organizations across the firm’s portfolio such as Landmark Health, Evolent Health, Sound Physicians, Longevity Health Plan, OneOncology, and Paladina Health. He has helped these businesses achieve their growth goals by developing their leadership teams in a number of C-Suite roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Medical Officer.
Grant grew up just outside of Philadelphia and attended the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. At Penn, Grant served as captain of the men’s swim team and had the opportunity to compete in the 2016 US Olympic Trials. When he’s not splashing around in the pool, Grant can usually be found somewhere down the Jersey Shore with a hoagie not far from his grasp.
