Kate joined Oxeon to satiate her desire to transform the healthcare system from one that not only seeks to cure sickness, but also foster health and wellness, and is motivated by her belief in the significance of human capital in building successful and truly innovative businesses within that space. Since joining, Kate has worked on numerous searches with an orientation towards innovative care delivery models, healthcare consumerization, and technology and services to improve access and care for employees and other healthcare consumers. The majority of Kate’s work has been across the C-suite, and she has worked with Oxeon clients such as Grand Rounds, GoHealth, North Star Anesthesia, Accolade, and Imagine Health. She has been a critical force in driving the recruitment efforts for increasingly urgent and high demand hires within HCIT, such as strategic CFO’s with a breadth of clinical risk experience, and for the mission critical Chief Data and Analytics Officers.
Kate works closely with Oxeon’s philanthropy team, spearheading community workshops, where Oxeon volunteers with at-risk youths, teaching resume writing and interviewing skills.
As a member of Catholic Big Sisters Big Brothers, Kate can be found at the batting-cages or ice-skating rink, getting shown up by her incredibly athletic mentee, and she couldn’t be more proud! She is an enthusiastic former Boston College Eagle, and earned her BA in Human Development and Communications. She continues to participate in tailgating activities at BC football games, but please don’t ask her what a tight end is.
