Kate joined Oxeon in 2013 and as one of the earliest employees, has a wide range of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, leading searches in women’s health, healthcare consumerism & innovation, revenue cycle management, urgent care, and behavioral health services and technologies. Specifically, she has led transformational engagements for leading health systems like Intermountain Healthcare and Atlantic Health, who are driving change across patient experience, and developing new and innovative technologies to address patient access needs. Within the private sector, Kate has partnered with venture-backed, disruptive technologies in women’s health, with clients such as Maven Clinic, where she has helped to build out their commercial team. Furthermore, Kate has driven the recruitment efforts for the increasingly urgent and high demand hires within revenue cycle management, with clients such as athenahealth, as well as within the portfolio companies of Warburg Pincus and New Mountain Capital.
Kate earned her degree in Human Development and Organizational Studies from Boston College, which led her to join the Oxeon team and pursue a career in talent development, recruiting and culture building. In addition to her work in executive search at Oxeon, Kate has also spearheaded programs across employee development, engagement and management training.
Outside of work, Kate spends her time as a mentor within the Catholic Big Sisters Big Brothers program, and can be found at the batting-cages or ice-skating rink, getting shown up by her incredibly athletic mentee, and she couldn’t be more proud!
