Patrick’s efforts as a Principal at Oxeon have run the gamut across the firm’s expansive portfolio. His most recent work includes leading projects for PE/VC backed companies such as Quartet Health, Spruce, IPG, Brighton Health Group, Verscend, and Evolent Health that are backed by the likes of Oak Investment Partners, TPG Growth, Sequoia, Veritas Capital, Goldman Sachs, Kleiner, and Google Ventures. Patrick’s de novo work includes advising and building out the founding executive teams for NewCos started by both Oxeon Ventures & Francisco Partners. Additionally, Patrick has leveraged his knowledge of Medicare and risk-bearing provider entities to build out the leadership teams at Oak Street Health & Landmark Health. Beyond supporting Landmark’s executive team, Patrick played a key role in building the mid-level and regional leadership for the Francisco Partners backed business.
Internally at Oxeon, Patrick plays an integral role helping support the firm’s people and culture, and recently led the restructuring of Oxeon’s corporate structure from a Holding Company perspective. These efforts enable the sustainability and future growth of Oxeon Holdings, encompassed of Oxeon Partners (Search), Oxeon Investments, Oxeon Ventures, Oxeon Design & Development (Product), and Oxeon Organizational Design.
Prior to joining Oxeon, Patrick lived in Washington, DC where he worked at Accenture and most recently as the senior portfolio analyst for Oxford Finance, a healthcare senior and venture debt provider. Much of Patrick’s healthcare experience has been focused around the Medicare population, and he is excited to work with companies that both provide better care while also alleviating some of the stress on private, commercial and government payers alike.
After growing up in Connecticut, Patrick attended the University of Delaware where he majored in Finance. Inside the office, Patrick serves as the team’s Chief Laughter Officer and resident thespian. Meanwhile, outside of the office he can be found enjoying a cold beer on someone else’s boat, trying to catch fish on a fly, or watching his beloved NY Jets let him down.
