One of Oxeon’s early team members, Tom leads efforts across the firm’s venture and private equity-backed footprint, executing leadership and organizational development projects for Advent International, Centivo, Freenome, Landmark Health, Capsule, and Oxeon’s NewCo team builds, among others. In addition to human capital efforts, he helps lead internal operations and supports business development initiatives that enable growth across Oxeon’s invested search practice, de novo businesses, and portfolio investments. Tom has also contributed to the evaluation, classification, and expansion of Oxeon’s growing investment portfolio.
A major driver of Oxeon’s work in the machine/deep learning & data science community, his interest lies in companies that leverage data to advance the cause of next generation complex care and increase the value of every healthcare dollar spent. He has also engaged and worked with a number of Oxeon’s built-for-purpose and tech-enabled portfolio investments. As a member of a multi-generational family of healthcare workers, Tom is inspired by and extremely proud of the work Oxeon and its partners do to make people healthier and improve the quality of patient care in the U.S.
Tom is a New Jersey native and graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics.
